To save this picture:

• Move your mouse over the picture
• The mouse has two buttons, click the right button
• From the menu of items that pops up choose "Save image as" or "Save picture as"
• A window will open, press the "Save" or "Ok" button at the bottom of this window
• The image is now on your computer
